At present Garate e Hijos, S.L. is primarily involved in the manufacture of high volume sacks for the cement and animal feeds industry, an area of expertise acquired through more than thirty years in the sector. This expertise in the production of paper sacks is also applied to the needs of other sectors such as animal feed, flour and fertilisers etc.
The product meets industry and customer standards. The Garate Group are at present in the process of applying for the ISO 9001/2000 award which examines not only the production process but also the quality of the finished product which they believe is necessary to expand into the international market.
